- Product descriptions and prices are based on current precious metal and gemstone rates, which may fluctuate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices on the Website are final at the time of checkout. Any changes in market rates will not affect completed transactions
- Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian regulations. Additional charges, including shipping and insurance fees, will be added at checkout
- Order and Payment
- Orders can only be placed after registration on the Website. Nanda Gold accepts payments via the authorized payment gateways listed on the Website. Orders are processed only after full payment is received
- The Customer will receive a confirmation email upon successful placement of an order. This does not guarantee product availability; Nanda Gold will contact the Customer if the product is unavailable or if there are issues with the order.
- Delivery Policy
- Nanda Gold offers delivery across India, depending on the serviceable locations. Delivery times vary based on product availability and location
- Products will be insured during transit until delivery to the Customer. The Customer is required to provide accurate delivery information. Nanda Gold is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery details.
- Delivery will require identification verification (Aadhar, PAN, etc.) to prevent fraud.
- Nanda Gold reserves the right to cancel or delay deliveries in unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, strikes, or government regulations
- Shipping Charges and Insurance
- Shipping charges are borne by the Customer and specified during the checkout process.
- All shipments are fully insured during transit. The insurance coverage ends upon delivery and acknowledgment by the Customer.
- Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership
- Ownership and risk transfer to the Customer upon shipment. The Customer must inspect the package upon delivery and report any tampering or damage immediately.
- Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
- Orders can be canceled before the Dispatch Confirmation email is sent. For cancellations after dispatch, refer to our Return Policy.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products, except customized or engraved items, gold coins, and gift cards.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source. Cash on delivery orders will be refunded to the Customer's bank account.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned product is inspected and verified.
- Return shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable
- Authenticity Guarantee
- Nanda Gold guarantees the authenticity and purity of its 22 Carat gold ornaments, including a purity certificate with each product.
- Fraud Prevention
- Nanda Gold may request additional information for verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel orders deemed suspicious. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- Nanda Gold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products.
- Nanda Gold’s total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid by the Customer for the product.

- The terms of contests and promotions are at Nanda Gold’s discretion and may change without prior notice.

- PAN Card Requirement
- As mandated by the Government of India, Customers must provide their PAN for purchases exceeding INR 2 lakh
- Gift Cards and Loyalty Programs
- Gift cards purchased on the Website can be used to purchase all products except gold coins.
- Loyalty program benefits and usage terms are subject to change. Memberships are non-transferable and valid for a specified period as communicated.
