    • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
    • Items showing signs of alteration, misuse, or wear will not be eligible for return.

    To initiate a return:

    • Ineligible items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

    • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

    • If a customer returns a product without meeting our return criteria, they will be responsible for any associated costs, including reshipping charges.

  9. Exchanges
    We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy where you can exchange eligible jewellery for a new piece of equal or higher value. Exchange credit is calculated based on the current market value of gold or gemstones at the time of exchange. Custom pieces and gold coins are not eligible for exchange.
  10. Fraud Prevention and Security
    At Nanda Gold, we take fraud prevention seriously. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity, and we may request additional verification for high-value purchases or orders shipped to new addresses. In cases where we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
